Ok so where we go. A new review! We purchased a used 2028 Volt last year. We had an intermediate check engine light on and off. We finally found an Authorized Go Auto dealership. The Go North Surrey dealership. We made appointment through the app which was incredibly easy and then I spoke to a service representative who told us just to make the appointment once we get in we’ll specific more of the details. Also a good very experienced through the app. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very nice very kind and put us in contact to our service advisor who was on duty, which was Derek. He was very informative very happy to assist us. A lot of positivity and very friendly, which is really great to see you. As we have never dealt with an aftermarket insurance policy with this new vehicle. He answered all her questions in a professional and very kind manner helped us getting everything ready to go. Once the process was started, he kept us well informed of step-by-step of what was going on with our vehicle and made sure that we were taken care of and sent us up-to-date videos from both the mechanics that had taken those videos through the GoAuto app and kept us informed via text message. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this dealership if there are any issues in the future with our vehicle, we will definitely go and deal through this dealership and deal with Derek directly. I’m sure the other staff are just as friendly to deal with. I’m definitely recommending this dealership. The overall process was very smooth very personable and I’m very happy with the experience that we received from From start to finish.
