I recently purchased a 2018 Range Rover Sport Diesel from Go North Surrey. Although the vehicle was sold as-is, the entire process was informative, transparent, and straightforward. I needed a strong SUV for towing my work trailer, and Reza and Anand helped arrange a deal that included trading in my 2009 Audi A3 Quattro. Reza answered all of my questions, took me on a test drive, and carefully reviewed the vehicle’s details with me, including the Carfax report, service history, completed repairs, and any maintenance that was still required. After paying my deposit, I returned later that day with my Audi for the trade-in. The trade-in and paperwork process went smoothly. Since it was getting late and Reza had finished for the day, Shubh stepped in to help me complete everything. She reviewed the vehicle details with me again, helped with the final inspection, and completed the financial paperwork, even though it was already after business hours. I was able to drive the Range Rover home that evening. I have had it for about half a week now with no issues, and I am really enjoying it. It is powerful, comfortable, and tows my trailer very well. I wanted to share an amazing experience I recently had at Go North with their service team, most notably Derrick. My Corvette C8 had experienced a transmission failure, and this was an incredibly stressful time. Not knowing how challenging the warranty process was going to be, the wait, and the potential cost of this terrifying episode. Derrick was incredibly empathetic, attentive, informative, and I would go as far as to say therapeutically well spoken to keep my nerves under control during the unknown. As you can imagine; not knowing whether or not I was going to be in the hole for a $35k replacement, every hour that passed over the 3 weeks was excruciating. Derrick made it a point to update me nearly every day when he got news at the start of his PM shifts. At one point, we felt we were going to get an answer from GM on the warranty status outside of his working hours; he offered to call in, get the update, and get it to me personally off the clock. He really took his role to the absolute highest level of care and professionalism, and I can't say enough about the service I received from him and the rest of his service team.

Buying a car can be tedious and time-consuming, and I’ve never enjoyed dealing with salespeople who pressure and probe. Thankfully, our experience with Reza was the complete opposite. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He took the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured, and he worked with us to reach a price that felt like win. For the first time in a long while, we drove away feeling confident and relieved about such a major purchase. Instead of feeling drained or like we’d been taken advantage of, we felt like we’d made a great decision with a great deal.
