I had the best experience dealing with this dealership hands down!!! We came over from the Island because we had been contacted by Ethan one of their sales reps who is an amazing young man who worked with us to get what we wanted. Ethan was so excited to get me the vehicle I wanted a Yukon XL AT4. We made the deal on a Friday night and the vehicle was ready for us the next day. Ethan did an amazing job at getting to know exactly what the vehicle had to offer for us. I appreciated all his knowledge as he walked me through this beautiful new vehicle. The team there welcomed us Cameron the manager was amazing introducing himself right away. Rubina was our finance lady who was amazing and walked us through everything seamlessly. Gracious stayed way overtime to make sure my vehicle was absolutely beautiful to take off the lot after upgrading protection. Neither a GM driver, nor a customer here. I'd noticed loose lug nuts while driving home, Go North Surrey GM was the closest automotive outfit closest to me. Derek, a staff member, helped me out immediately, tightening up not only the lug nuts on the problem tire, but checking all tires.
