I want to leave my recommendation for the Go North Surrey team. They helped me with excellent service for my Corvette — they were able to get me an appointment from one day to the next, and they did an amazing job with the oil change, brake fluid flush, and a few other goodies to get my car ready for the track.

I also want to give a special thanks to Tina for her friendly service. She was very attentive to all my requests and maintained excellent communication with me throughout the whole process.

I will 100% be coming back to them. So far, this is the only dealership that has truly made me feel satisfied as a customer.

I bought an EV from here last year and I've been in and out with the complimentary services and a couple of service checks. I have to say the guys and gals at this location are superb. Their customer service is top notch and they are great with communication. I love the video summaries they provide prior to pick up and obtaining a loaner vehicle has been hassle free both times I needed one.

Edward, then Assistant Manager, was particularly great today and kept me fully informed about the antenna that was needed to fix a crackling on the radio, along with a replacement charge door that was all done gratis as it's under warranty, of course.

I was contacted a couple of times with information and updates and the car was returned intact, washed, and ready to go home.

Additionally, Mishu in the office is just excellent, as are all the staff I have had dealings with.

Great service

I bought my 2025 Trax new last May from a different dealership. That process was great. Unfortunately, Go North Surrey is the 3rd dealership I’ve taken my vehicle to for service.
The other two didn’t wash my vehicle and didn’t address my concerns, wouldn’t give me a loaner or a shuttles home, so I won’t be returning to either of them.
Go North Surrey gave me the service I expect, a shuttle to and from work and a wash.
I recommend them to anyone needing service or warranty work. I worked for a dealership myself for 5 years and understand what is reasonable to expect, so thanks again Mariah and the Go North Surrey service team.
