Driving (or in our case, ferrying) over to Go North Surrey GM was 100% worth it. More specifically, Alex is the reason they earned our business. For anyone wondering about the logistics, we walked onto the ferry and took a $67 Uber to the dealership. If I had one small criticism, it would be the detailing. I suspect the detailing department was overwhelmed that day, and unfortunately it showed. It certainly wasn't terrible, but it wasn't quite at the same exceptional standard as the rest of our experience. My husband ended up giving the vehicle another thorough detail once we got home. That said, it doesn't change how we feel about the dealership. We are the kind of people who genuinely hate buying vehicles. We usually find the process stressful, overwhelming, and exhausting. Alex completely changed that experience for us. His attention to detail, honesty, and genuine care erased the stress from start to finish. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and consistently found ways to add value without ever making us feel pressured. This didn't feel like a transaction.
